Iain Stewart and Whole World of Property are not financial planners or financial advisors. We are not accountants or investment advisors.

All we do is find what are in our opinion great property deals around the world and tell you about them, it is then up to you if you decide to buy them or not.

We connect people selling properties with people buying properties. We get offered and source hundreds of property deals on a daily basis and select the ones that we think are the very cream of the crop and tell you about them.

Likewise if we talk about any certain products it is up to you to carry out your own due diligence on them.

It is up to the buyer and seller on any deal to carry out their own due diligence to see if they want to take the plunge or not.

Iain Stewart and Whole World of Property do not and cannot offer any guarantee that your choice of property deal or product will be a successful one or not.

I can give you my opinion on what I think from my experience and the rest is up to you to make your own decision.

Please note that I do not yet have a crystal ball and I am not a descendent of Nostradamus, therefor I am not yet able to tell what will happen around the world with future property markets, all I can do is give you my thoughts and opinions. I cannot believe how many people ask me things like 'Iain, what will the property market will be like in 40 years from now in Kathmandu???'

Iain Stewart and Whole World of Property are not responsible for any property deals or products that you buy that turn pear shaped, remember it is up to you what you choose to buy and you should always do your due diligence on a property deal.

Please note that I love hearing stories of people who have bought successful property deals that turn out to be better than your wildest dreams, so make sure you always email me to give me your testimonials and thanks for telling you about deals.

Iain Stewart and Whole World of Property will offer no refunds on deals that do not work for you. The only time we will offer a refund on anything you have paid to ourselves as an agency or finders fee is when a seller has pulled out of the deal and it cannot therefore proceed. Fees for building property portfolios are non refundable from the outset, portfolios require great deal of work from ourself and take time to build and get buyers the properties they want. Again with portfolios it is up to you to carry out your own due diligence on the properties offered.

I hope this makes everything clear from the outset.
